I used cabbage, bean sprouts, pork, daikon radish leaves, and carrot this time.

Roughly chop the vegetables.
Put the sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan, and turn on the heat. When fragrant, stir-fry the vegetables starting with the ones that take longer to cook.
Boil 550 ~ 600 ml of water, and cook the noodles for 2.5 minutes. Transfer only the noodles to a bowl.
Transfer the water used to cook the noodles into the pan with the vegetables, and turn on the heat. Immediately add the soup powder and Doubanjiang. Bring to a boil, and serve into the bowl with the noodles.

Story Behind this Recipe
I tried to make an easy and healthy dish, which makes you eat a lot of vegetables, with instant noodles. I made this dish Tenri Stamina Ramen style by flavouring with garlic and Doubanjiang. My tired husband enjoyed eating this dish after finishing his night shift. He eats a lot.
Doubanjiang contains salt. Since I'm pregnant and don't want too much salt, so I increased the amount of hot water to cook the noodles, and made the soup thin. It was still delicious, but please adjust the amounto your liking. It's troublesome to make stir-fried vegetables, but they are crispy and tasty.
