Sesame and Miso Flavoured Twice Cooked Pork

This twice cooked pork is flavoured with sesame, miso, and garlic. It whets your appetite.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
Cabbage
4 leaves
Bell pepper
1 bell pepper's worth (mix of red, yellow, and green)
Japanese leek
1/2
*Super delicious sesame miso garlic sauce

Sesame oil
to taste

Steps

1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork.
2. When the colour of the pork starts to change, add the vegetables, and continue stir-frying.
3. Add the *ingredients while the vegetables are still crispy, and mix quickly.
4. Turn off the heat while the vegetables are still crispy.
