Super Easy and Scrumptious Dry Curry

It's very easy but made flavorful with the addition of deep-fried vegetables.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Combined ground beef and pork (just ground pork is fine)
300 g
Onion
1 (large)
Carrot
1
Water
400 ml
Japanese-style curry roux mix
About 100 g
Soup stock cube (consommé is also OK)
1
Grated garlic
1 tablespoon
Grated ginger
1 teaspoon
Eggplant (Sliced squash is also OK)

You can also use some of the spices shown in the photo below.

Steps

1. Cut the carrots and onions into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop in a mixer or food processor!
2. Put oil in a frying pan and add garlic and ginger. Heat until they start to release their aroma. Then, fry the meat.
3. When the meat is more or less cooked, add the ingredients from Step 1 and cook thoroughly.
4. Once it's cooked thoroughly, add water and then the curry roux while simmering over medium heat.
5. When the roux has melted, add ketchup, a little Worcestershire sauce and 1 square of chocolate and let it simmer.
6. You can also add nutmeg, garam masala, chili powder, and cinnamon, etc...
7. Simmer over medium heat without the lid so the water evaporates. When the mixture has become crumbly, it's done.

I wanted to eat curry, but I also wanted something that was easy to make.
I looked at many recipes, and tried making curry my own way. This is the result!
