Put the banana slices in a mug and heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
Put in just enough milk to cover the bananas and add the cocoa. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
Mash the banana with a spoon while mixing in the milk. Pour in enough milk to fill the cup. (Or to fill it as high as you like.)
Cover with plastic wrap again and heat in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds. Enjoy while warm.

One night, I wanted to have something sweet, but I'm trying to cut back on calories, so I thought up this drink. If you're a dieter (like me), you can try this in place of your snack!
If you're using ripened bananas, you can probably skip the heating in Step 1. I use a microwave at 500 W, so the cooking times are for my microwave. Please adjust the amount of cocoa and bananas to taste. The amount I used, however, results in a smooth and sweet drink. Add some cinnamon if you like!
