Hot Banana Cocoa

Try this for those times when you long for something sweet, something to fill your tummy, or something to soothe you.

Ingredients: 1 cup

Banana
5 slices
Milk cocoa powder
About 2-3 teaspoons
Milk
1 cup's worth
Cinnamon powder (to taste)
as desired

Steps

1. Put the banana slices in a mug and heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
2. Put in just enough milk to cover the bananas and add the cocoa. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
3. Mash the banana with a spoon while mixing in the milk. Pour in enough milk to fill the cup. (Or to fill it as high as you like.)
4. Cover with plastic wrap again and heat in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds. Enjoy while warm.

One night, I wanted to have something sweet, but I'm trying to cut back on calories, so I thought up this drink. If you're a dieter (like me), you can try this in place of your snack!
