Rice flour
200 g
40-60 g
Baking powder
2 teaspoons
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Vanilla essence
as needed
150 ml


1. Break the eggs into a bowl, then lightly mix with a whisk. Stir in the sugar.
2. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence, and mix until evenly combined.
3. Sift in the rice flour and baking powder, then use a rubber spatula to mix the batter to an even consistency.
4. Bake your pancakes on a frying pan or griddle. It might be easier if you use a griddle since you'll be able to make more than one at a time.
