Juicy Tomatoes Rolled In Pork

It's a bite-sized dish because you use cherry tomatoes!! The juicy tomato becomes sweet when you fry it and the curry flavor spreads all over in your mouth.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cherry tomatoes

Pork leg slice

Salt
To taste
Pepper
To taste
Curry powder
1/2 teaspoon
Katakuriko
To taste
Vegetable oil
To taste

Steps

1. Spread the pork slices and sprinkle some salt, pepper, curry powder and katakuriko.
2. Roll the cherry tomato with the pork and clasp it a little to shape it. Then sprinkle on a little more salt, pepper and curry powder again.
3. When the they start to brown, roll them around in the frying pan and make sure they're heated through.
4. When the they start to brown, roll them in the fry pan and make sure you fry the whole thing well.

I like to wrap veggies with meat quite often. This time I rolled cherry tomato in pork and made a bite-sized version. The tomato becomes sweet when you fry it so I added curry powder to give it some spice.
