Sticky Natto & Wasabi-Mayo Chicken Soboro Rice Bowl

For wasabi lovers! A light and wasabi-spiced rice bowl!

Ingredients: 2 small rice bowls

1 packet (45 g)
MInced chicken breast
100 g
2 tablespoons
Grated wasabi
1 tablespoon
a pinch
a pinch
Olive oil
2 teaspoons
Hot cooked rice
2 small rice bowls
Soy sauce
to taste
Finely chopped green onion
as needed
Shredded nori seaweed
as needed


1. Quickly cook the minced chicken in boiling water. Drain in a colander.
2. Combine the A ingredients and add the minced chicken and natto.
3. Put the rice in bowls and transfer the mixture of chicken and natto on the rice. Spoon some soy sauce over and sprinkle the finely chopped green onion and shredded nori seaweed. Done. Mix well before eating.
