Make these in your bread maker! There's no need to let the dough rise twice or to use your oven. These delicious naan are chewy, fluffy and crispy, and are great served with curry!!
I recreated the naan served at my favourite Indian restaurant. The menu says it is hand-stretched naan made with a generous amount of milk, so I included a lot of milk in this recipe.
Keep an eye on it, or it will burn! It depends how strong the heat is, but it takes me 5-6 minutes to grill each naan.
