Easy Egg Drop Soup with Mitsuba

This is a clear Japanese soup with fluffy eggs.
If you prepare the dashi stock ahead of time, you can make it in a flash.

Ingredients: 4 servings

1 bunch
Eggs (small or medium)
Dashi stock
800 ml
★ Sake
2 tablespoons
★ Salt
1 teaspoon
★ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon plus ~


1. Add the ★ ingredients to the dashi stock, and bring to a boil.
2. Cut the mitsuba into 4 cm lengths, and add to Step 1. Turn the heat to high, beat in the eggs, and swirl into the pot.
