Put the milk in a pan and heat (low to medium heat) and mix in the ★ ingredients. (keep mixing constantly)
When it just comes to the boil (the edges will start to bubble), add the soup stock, salt and pepper.
Mix for 1-2 minutes, and when the sauce thickens, turn the heat off and it's done!
You can make a gratin by mixing in macaroni, chicken or sausages, and whatever vegetables you like! Or add tuna and mushrooms and eat with pasta! It's so versatile.

I got this recipe from my friend, since their white sauce was delicious.
This is so easy, it takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Just keep on mixing. If you make too much, you can always freeze it! The sauce will solidify when cooled, but it will become runny again when reheated.
