Mizuna Salad with Tofu Dipping Sauce

Mizuna Salad with Tofu Dipping Sauce

This salad is topped with my favorite yuzu pepper and tofu dipping sauce. Mix everything up and enjoy. It's also good with daikon sprouts or lettuce!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mizuna greens
3 bunches
1 block
Sesame seeds
1 to 2 tablespoons (optional)
1 tablespoon
2 1/2 tablespoon
Yuzu pepper
1 teaspoon plus (as preferred)
Bonito flakes
1/2 to 1 bag (more is better)
Salt and pepper
A small amount

1. Drain the tofu. Chop mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces.
2. Break the tofu apart with your hands, and put into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
3. Spread out the mizuna greens onto a serving dish. Top with the dip made in Step 2, and enjoy.
4. Also good with daikon sprouts, shredded lettuce, and thinly sliced tomatoes. I recommend serving shiso leaves with tomatoes!

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to make something different from the usual mizuna salad with tofu!
