Lots of Onions♪ Vichyssoise

I made it with more onions than normal vichyssoise. The soup is sweeter and delicious.

Ingredients: 5~6 cups

300 g (3~4)
20 g
500 ml
◎Consome stock cubes
200 ml
●Heavy cream
100 ml
●Salt and pepper
to taste
Parsley (fresh or dry)
a pinch


1. Thinly slice the onion and potatoes. Melt butter in a pot and saute the onion until translucent. ※Be careful not to let it burn♪
2. Add potatoes and ◎ ingredients and saute until the potatoes are soft.
3. The potatoes are ready when they break easily when stirred with a spatula.
4. Cool and puree in a blender and return to the pot. Add ● ingredients and season with salt and pepper. When it's cooled, chill in the refrigerator.
