Simple and Easy Coffee Jello

Simple and Easy Coffee Jello

You use a coffee maker to make this, so it's super easy. The freshly brewed coffee fragrance is locked into the jello. You can pour your favorite milk or cream on top too.

Ingredients: 4 servings

400 ml
Granulated sugar
3 tablespoons
Gelatin sheets

1. Prepare a coffee maker and measure out 3 tablespoons of sugar.
2. Soak the gelatin sheets in water.
3. Brew your favorite coffee. Make 400 ml of coffee.
4. After soaking the gelatin sheets for about 5 minutes, remove them and pour into a bigger container.
5. Add 400 ml of coffee to the bigger container from Step 4. Then, add sugar and mix everything together with a spoon.
6. Place the container in a bowl of ice water, and continue to mix until cooled.
7. Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into a jello cup or whatever container you want to use. Cover the container with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
8. Once it's chilled, it's done. If you make the jello in a big bowl, you can cut it into cubes and serve.
