Delicious Brownies Even Without Eggs and Dairy

All you need to do is mix all the ingredients in one bowl. It's so moist and delicious that you can't help wanting more. It's great for people who are vegan, have allergies, and who like making easy snacks.


Plain flour
350 ml
a little less than 200 ml
Unsweetened cocoa
200 ml
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Apple sauce (Recipe ID: 625175 or store bought)
100 ml
Vegetable oil
120 ml
Soy milk (or milk)
120 ml
120 ml
Nuts such as walnuts
to your liking
Chocolate chips
to your liking


1. Grease the baking dish with oil (excluded from the recipe), and dust with flour (excluded from the recipe). Preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. Mix the dry ingredients (from the flour to the baking powder in the list) in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients (from the apple sauce to the water in the list) in a separate bowl.
3. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and mix with a spatula. The mixture becomes lustrous. Add chocolate chips and nuts at this point.
4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, and done.
