All you need to do is mix all the ingredients in one bowl. It's so moist and delicious that you can't help wanting more. It's great for people who are vegan, have allergies, and who like making easy snacks.
Grease the baking dish with oil (excluded from the recipe), and dust with flour (excluded from the recipe). Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Mix the dry ingredients (from the flour to the baking powder in the list) in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients (from the apple sauce to the water in the list) in a separate bowl.
Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and mix with a spatula. The mixture becomes lustrous. Add chocolate chips and nuts at this point.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, and done.

The baking time differs depending on the oven and the baking dish. Insert a bamboo skewer to check if it's cooked through. It's delicious even without nuts and chocolate chips. I'm not so enthusiastic about baking, but this is easy and foolproof even for me, so please give it a try.
