Easy Menchi Katsu (Deep-fried Minced Meat Patties)

Just mix the ingredients, mix with the batter, and deep fry!
After mincing the onions, mix into the mixture raw (no need to saute).

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Ground beef and pork blend
250 g
Onion
150 g
Eggs
1
Panko
2 tablespoons
Milk
1 tablespoon
Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount each
☆ Plain white flour
to your liking
☆ Egg

☆ Panko
to your liking
Oil for deep frying
to your liking

Steps

1. Mince the raw onions, and mix into the ingredients.
2. Shape into patties.
3. Coat the patties first in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in panko.
4. After adjusting the patties, fry in oil at 170°C.
5. Done.
6. Shape them into mini bite sizes if packing in your bento.
