Delicious Quiche

I stuffed a crispy pie crust packed with vegetables. Serve for brunch or when entertaining guests at home.

Ingredients: 18 cm diameter tart pan

Cherry tomatoes

Mushrooms or shimeji mushrooms
about 1/3 pack
Komatsuna (or spinach)
1/5 bunch
〇Heavy cream
50 ml
〇Milk
50 ml
〇Eggs

〇Salt and pepper
a small amount
〇Parmesan cheese
a small amount

Steps

1. Place the pie crust in the pie pan, and cut the excess crust off (by rolling a rolling pin over the tart pan or cutting with a knife).
2. Cut each cherry tomato into 4 wedges. Cut the shimeji mushrooms and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
3. Add the 〇 ingredients into a bowl, and mix.
4. Put the komatsuna, shimeji mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes on the pie crust.
5. Pour in the Step 3 egg mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180℃.
7. Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
