Peanut Butter Cookies

I made peanut butter cookies, which are usually moist, but I made them crispy while keeping their yummy taste. The secret ingredient is katakuriko.


Cake flour
100 g
1 tablespoon
Peanut butter
40 g
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon


1. Mix all the ingredients. Knead well until the dough comes together.
2. When you are cutting shapes with cookie cutters, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cover with plastic wrap, then let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes. You could also roll them into your preferred size balls and bake instead.
3. You can either use cookie cutters or a knife to cut shapes.
4. Bake them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 170℃ / 340℉.
