Pork, Nori and Cheese Rolls: For Bentos

Just mix any cheese that melts out with the sauce. The nori seaweed is really tasty too. This is great for bentos, both for its taste and how it looks.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
Nori seaweed
The same amount as the pork
Sliced cheese
The same amount as the pork
Salt and pepper
a small amount
● Soy sauce
1/2 to 1 tablespoon
● Mirin
1/2 to 1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Season the pork slices with salt and pepper. Layer a piece each of nori seaweed and cheese on top. Use half of a slice of cheese.
2. Roll up.
3. Pan fry the rolls. When the surface is browned, put on a lid and cook through over medium heat. When the cheese starts to melt out, add the ● sauce ingredients.
4. Coat the rolls with the sauce and melted cheese, and they're done.
