Sunny-Side Up Jello

Sunny-Side Up Jello

A simple recipe to make refreshing jelly with peach and yogurt. Doesn't it really look like a sunny-side up egg?

Ingredients: 4 servings in 10 cm wide x 3 cm deep cups

Canned peaches
250 ml
60 g
Gelatin and hot water
5 g and 50 ml
1 tablespoon

1. Stir and dissolve the gelatin fully in hot water until it's completely translucent.
2. Add milk, yogurt, and sugar into a pot. Heat, but do not let it boil. Dissolve the sugar, and then add the mixture from Step 1. Stir well until it's slightly cooled down.
3. Strain, then place the bottom of the pot in cold water and mix as it cools down. Place a peach in the center of each cup, as shown above, and pour in the jelly mixture around it.
4. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and serve. See how it looks like a real sunny-side up egg? But it's actually jelly.

Story Behind this Recipe

When I was a child, the school used to give us canned peaches with yogurt for dessert. I remade that into jelly. It might be good for the moon-viewing festival... but I posted this recipe too late!!
