A simple recipe to make refreshing jelly with peach and yogurt. Doesn't it really look like a sunny-side up egg?
When I was a child, the school used to give us canned peaches with yogurt for dessert. I remade that into jelly. It might be good for the moon-viewing festival... but I posted this recipe too late!!
Make sure to dissolve the gelatin well. There's no need to heat the sugar to dissolve it if you use sugar from packs that come with plain yogurt. Strain through a sieve for a more smooth result.
