Sweet and Sour Stir-fry with Tender Chicken Breast

I made this stir-fry dish with tender chicken breast and flavored it with garlic. The sauce has sweet and sour taste. Very good for bento lunch and with rice.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken breasts
Shimeji mushrooms
1 packet (100 g)
●Salt and pepper
to taste
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
◎Garlic (grated)
2 cloves
◎ Ketchup
2~3 tablespoons
◎ Ponzu
4 tablespoons
◎ Sugar
1 tablespoon


1. Slice the chicken breasts and cut into big bite- sizes. Put in a bowl and add the ● ingredients. Rub well. Add the katakuriko and rub until there is no excess flour left.
2. Combine the ◎ ingredients in a bowl.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and arrange the prepared chicken pieces in one layer. Fry over medium heat.
4. Add the shimeji mushrooms and the ◎ sauce. When the sauce is thickened, it is done.
