I made this stir-fry dish with tender chicken breast and flavored it with garlic. The sauce has sweet and sour taste. Very good for bento lunch and with rice.
I bought a lot of chicken breast on sale and so I wanted to create tender and delicious recipe with them.
When you prepare the chicken, slice thinly so that it cooks through quick. If you like, add some grated ginger!I used shimeji mushrooms, but king oyster mushrooms or shitake mushrooms are also good.
