Easy to make.Let's eat a lot of bell peppers!
When bell peppers are cheap I tend to buy a ton of them and fill up the fridge. I came up with this recipe to use up a large amount of bell peppers all at once.
Stir fry the bell peppers until soft and tender.I prefer to use a lot of sugar to make it sweet and salty, but you can flavor it with just soy sauce.
