Crispy & Delicious Deep-Fried Salmon and Tartare Sauce

Crisply deep-fried salmon topped with lots of tartar sauce is so delicious The bread coating is crisp and crunchy. I recommend packing this for your bento.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Fresh salmon fillets

Salt and pepper
to taste
Cake flour
as needed
Egg

Panko
as needed
★Boiled eggs

★Pickles

★Onion
1/6
Vinegar
1-2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons (to taste)
Salt and pepper
to taste
Dried parsley
to taste

Steps

1. Mince all of the ★ ingredients. Soak the onion in water and then squeeze out the excess water.
2. Put Step 1 into a bowl. Add the salt, pepper, vinegar, and mayonnaise and combine.
3. Wipe off the moisture from the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour, then egg, then with panko.
4. Deep-fry in 170℃ oil until golden brown.
