Teriyaki Meat-Stuffed Peppers

Even people who don't like green peppers will like this dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Green bell peppers
3 to 4
●Ground beef or pork
100 g
●Onion (finely chopped)
● Panko
2 to 3 tablespoons
●Nutmeg, salt and pepper
a small amount
Teriyaki sauce

1. Slice the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Combine the ● ingredients to make the meat stuffing.
2. Dust the cut peppers inside with flour using a tea strainer. Stuff the peppers with the meat stuffing from Step 1.
3. Pan fry the peppers on both sides in a frying pan with oil.
4. When the peppers are cooked through, add the teriyaki sauce and simmer over a low heat. Make sure not to let it burn. When the sauce is glossy, it's done.
