Carpaccio of Tuna And Avocado

The tuna and avocado match so well with the oyster sauce-accented sauce! Great for serving to guests.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Fresh sashimi grade tuna
200 to 250 g
Green onion or scallion
To taste
◎ Olive oil
2 tablespoons
◎ Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
◎ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
◎ Garlic (grated)
2 cloves


1. Cut the avocado in half, take out the pit and remove the skin, and slice. Slice the tuna to about the same thickness as the avocado slices.
2. Mix the ◎ ingredients together in a bowl. Arrange the avocado and tuna alternately on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve with the sauce on the side.

When I tried using oyster sauce for carpaccio once it was amazingly good, so that's been the standard in our house since then.
