This is really tasty. The only flavorings needed are soy sauce and honey. I may be tooting my own horn, but it's a super delicious dish.
I received some winter melon, so I stewed it up a bit.
This dish is delicious freshly stewed, but the flavor really sets in after it cools.If you have the time, cook it up first, then move the pot to a somewhat cool place. (Warm it again before serving.)
