Easy Iranian Tomato Cinammon Pilaf

This is an easy version of Iranian pilaf (Recipe ID: 608188). All you have to do is cook it in a rice cooker to make Iranian pilaf.

Ingredients: 2~3 servings

Basmati rice
250 ml worth
Olive oil
2 teaspoons
A. Canned Tomato
100 g
350 ml
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder
3/4 teaspoon
3/4 teaspoon
Fresh parsley
to taste


1. Slice the onion. Crush the tomato with your hands.
2. Heat the olive oil in an earthenware pot and sauté the onion.
3. Add the rice and the "A" ingredients and cook the rice. Once cooked, mix in the parsley.
4. On the side, cut cubes of cucumber, onions, and tomatoes and mix with lemon juice and salt to make a salad.
