Bean and Egg Salad

This is a delicious way of eating lots of beans, which are packed with fiber and good for your health and beauty.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Boiled beans
130 g
☆ Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
☆ Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon
☆ Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon
☆ Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
☆ Mustard
1/2 tablespoon
☆ Honey
1 teaspoon (optional)
☆ Salt and pepper
as needed
for garnish (if you have it)


1. Here I use this salad beans (1 pack/130 g). Thinly slice the onion. Boil and chop the egg.
2. Mix the ☆ marked ingredients in a bowl for dressing, then add the beans, onions and eggs and toss to combine.
3. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley. Done.
4. "Miyuki12" made this with lots of additional ingredients such as cucumber and shimeji. It's colorful. Looks great.
