Teriyaki Chicken

An easy recipe for when you're too lazy to cook.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thighs
1 piece
Plain flour
a small amount
●Sugar
2 tablespoons
●Sake
2 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
2.5 tablespoons
●Mirin
1 to 2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, dredge with flour and pan fry with oil until both sides are crispy.
2. Pat the excess oil off with a paper towel, and add sugar, sake, soy sauce and mirin in a pan.
3. Cover with a lid and cook for couple minutes until the sauce is the right consistency.
