Garlicy Eggplant Salad

This is really easy and delicious.

Ingredients: 3 ~ 4 servings

Long thin eggplants
3 ~ 4
Lettuce (optional)
3 ~ 4 leaves
● Soy sauce
50 ml
● Grated garlic
1/2 teaspoon (adjust to your liking)


1. Cut the eggplants into thin round slices. Thinly slice the onion, and rip up the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the eggplants. Transfer to a bowl and let them cool off. In the meantime, mix the ● ingredients, and set aside.
3. When the eggplants are mostly cooled, serve on a plate. Pour the ● dressing on top, and enjoy.
