Matcha Milk Pudding Made with Gelatin

Egg-free! There's no need to steam or bake this easy matcha milk pudding.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

1-2 tablespoons
50 g
300 ml
Gelatin powder
5 g
2 tablespoons


1. Soak and soften the gelatin in water.
2. Heat the milk, just less than 2 minutes in the microwave, mix in the matcha and sugar, add the dissolved gelatin, and mix quickly.
3. Pour the mixture into moulds and let cool. They will harden in an hour. The longer you leave them to chill, the tastier they'll be!
