Easy Youlinji - Chinese Deep Fried Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sauce

This is an easy youlinji that is not deep-fried.
It's healthy, because you just shallow-fry the chicken in a pan.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Chicken breast

Lettuce
3-4 leaves

Steps

1. Put chicken breast and ● in a plastic bag and marinate for about 30 minutes.
