Simple Ginger Chicken Stir-fry

The juicy and tender bites of chicken has a lovely ginger flavor. Serve with rice or as an drinking appetizer.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken breast (or tenderloin)
1 (or 5 tenderloins)
◎Salt and pepper
To taste
◎Sake
1 tablespoon
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
Onion

Green peppers

Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
●Ginger (grated)
1 piece
●Sake
2 tablespoons
●Mirin
2 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Slice the chicken thinly and cut into bite sizes. Put them into a plastic bag and add the ◎ ingredients. Rub well. Add the katakuriko and rub well until there is no excess flour.
2. Slice the onion and julienne the green pepper. Combine the ● ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan. Arrange the prepared chicken in one layer and fry both sides over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and green pepper and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the ● ingredients and cook to thicken. Serve.
