Chives With Eggs--Goes Great With Rice

This is a chive with egg recipe that goes well with rice.


1/2 teaspoon
a small amount
Chinese chives
1 bunch
●Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
●Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons
2 teaspoons
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon or more


1. Wash the chives and cut into appropriate lengths. Combine the ● ingredients. Beat the eggs, and season with salt and pepper. Combine the ○ ingredients.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Once heated, add the egg and stir quickly over high heat. Remove the egg before it cooks through.
3. Over high heat, add a little oil and fry the chives and most of the ● mixture from Step 1 (leave a small amount for the finish).
4. Add the half-cooked eggs and mix. Add the leftover sauce to taste.
