Sift the powder ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl. Add the milk a little at a time while beating with a whisk.
Stir the sugar into the mixture from Step 1 well and wrap in cling film. Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes then mix well once more.
Stir in the yogurt and place the mixture back in the microwave for a further 2 minutes. Stir the mixture well, and lastly add in the lemon juice.

This cream may seem a little runny when just made but should firm up nicely when chilled (this should take approximately 1 day). This cream isn't very sweet so please feel free to adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
