Fried rice is so delicious but it has so many calories. So I came up with a low-calorie fried rice with okara and halved the amount of rice.
If you're worried about the dryness and crumbliness, adjust the amount of okara and rice to preference. But the less okara you use, the higher the calories, so watch out!
