Cauliflower Fritters

Easy and delicious.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Cauliflower
1/2 head or more
Egg
1
White flour
1 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon
Water
1 tablespoon
Fresh parsley
3 sprigs
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Oil
as needed

Steps

1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave until tender, or boil a small amount of water in a pan, add the cauliflower, cover with a lid, and steam.
2. Combine the egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, water, minced parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and combine together.
3. Heat a frying pan with about 1 cm of oil, then deep-fry the cauliflower dredged in the batter from Step 2.
