Cut the green onions diagonally. Trim the root part of the enoki mushrooms and divide them into small bunches. Cut the shirataki noodles into easy to eat lengths and pour hot water. Drain the tofu and cut into 8 pieces.
Put some oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef. Add the dashi stock and the ingredients marked ★.
Add all the ingredients except for the green onions and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the green onions at the end.
Transfer to a serving dish and season with shichimi spice.
