3-Ingredient Tart Crust

You only need three ingredients to make this tart crust, and it comes together in no time.

Ingredients: For 7-8 tarts

Pancake mix
100 g
Unsalted butter
40 g
1 tablespoon


1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Bring the unsalted butter to room temperature until it has a creamy consistency. Mix in the pancake mix and the milk.
2. Form the dough into balls and press them into tart tins which have been lightly greased with vegetable oil. Spread the dough out until it's about 5 mm thick, and prick holes with a fork.
3. Align the tart tins on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Let cool slightly. Fill the crust with custard cream and toppings.
4. I made it into a larger crust for this peach tart.
