Stir-Fried Shirataki Noodles with Soy Sauce and Butter

Shirataki noodles soak up the flavor of soy sauce and butter. The combination is so delicious, it'll leave you wanting more.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shirataki noodles
2 packs (400 g)
● Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
● Sake
3 tablespoons
● Mirin
3 tablespoons
● Sugar
1 tablespoon
Butter
10 g

Steps

1. Cut the shirataki noodles into third and add to boiling water. Cook for about 1 minute and drain then return to the pot.
2. Add the ● marked ingredients into Step 1 and toss to combine. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
3. Once the liquid has evaporated, add the butter and combine well. Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced scallions.
