Daikon Radish Salad

This salad is very refreshing and quite easy to eat.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Daikon radish
1/3 bunch
4 to 5 slices
Cherry tomatoes
★Grainy mustard
1 teaspoon
1 1/2 tablespoons
★Grapeseed oil or olive oil
3 tablespoons


1. Julienne the daikon radish into 5 cm thin strips. Soak in water and then drain well. Cut the mizuna into 5 cm pieces, soak in water, and then drain.
2. Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl to make the dressing.
3. Cut the bacon into 7 mm pieces and fry.
4. Arrange the mizuna, daikon, and bacon on a plate. Top with the dressing.
