Whole Banana Chocolate Pie

You can make this easy and quick pie with just 3 ingredients.


Frozen puff pastry
2 sheets
About 40 g


1. Top the pastry sheets with minced chocolate and banana. Moisten the edges with water.
2. Roll out the top pie sheet with a rolling pin, make small cuts in the surface and place on top of the banana. Push the edges together with a fork.
3. Coat the surface with beaten egg for the glaze. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 190ºC, and it's done!

Story Behind this Recipe

It was a pain to cut up the banana, so I just used the banana as a whole.
