Banana Cupcakes

Moist banana is a tasty addition to this mildly sweet and fluffy cake These are so easy to make.

Ingredients

Cake flour
90 g
Strong bread flour
30 g
Sugar
50 g
Baking powder
3 g
Egg
1
Milk
50 ml
Butter
30 g
Banana
1
Sliced almonds
as needed

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients except the sliced almonds in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the batter into the cupcake moulds and sprinkle the sliced almonds.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until done.
4. Here they are!

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to make scones, but realised that I didn't have enough cake flour. I tried mixing bread flour, banana and other ingredients together, poured the mixture into moulds, baked it in the oven, and I ended up with tasty cupcakes.
