Delicious Pan-Fried Ginger Pork in 10 minutes

Delicious Pan-Fried Ginger Pork in 10 minutes

I used to make bento lunch boxes with these pan-fried slices of ginger, but it's too good not to be served as a regular dish.
The key is in the ingredient ratios for the sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork for ginger pork
4 to 5 slices
Green pepper (if you like)
◆ Soy sauce, cooking sake, mirin
1 tablespoon each
◆ Sugar, juice from the grated ginger
1 tablespoon each

1. Marinate the meat and the green pepper cut thinly in the mixed ◆ ingredients. Let this mixture rest for 5 minutes.
2. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in pan and stir-fry the meat. When the meat is cooked, add the marinating sauce and the green pepper. Mix.
3. You're all done! The ingredient ratios of the marinating sauce is 1:1:1:1:1. It's really easy and delicious.

Story Behind this Recipe
