Garlic Chicken Sauté

You'll be tempted by the aroma of the garlic in this dish.
Steam cooking makes this a very tender chicken sauté. ♪

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken thigh (or breast), without skin or bones
400 g to 500 g
Garlic (or garlic powder)
1 to 2 cloves (1 teaspoon or more)
White wine or sake
1 tablespoon
Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
● Your choice of fixings


1. Pierce both sides of the chicken in several places with a fork, season with salt and black pepper, rub in grated garlic, then let sit for about 5 minutes.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then brown both sides of the chicken, starting with the skin side. (Approximately 5 minutes for each side.)
3. Sprinkle on some white wine, turn off the heat, cover with a lid, steam cook for about 3 minutes, then it's ready to serve. ♪
