Pork Simmered in Grated Apple

This easy recipe features a delicious combination of sliced pork and grated apple. The flavors of the seasoning is loved by both children and adults.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
Grated apple sauce:
1/4 (75 g)
30 g
・Fresh ginger
As needed
・Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
1/2 tablespoon
A pinch


1. Grate the onion, apple, and ginger into a pot. Combine with miso, soy sauce, and salt. Stir well.
2. For the pork to soak in the flavor, marinate for 10 minutes in the sauce from Step 1.
3. Simmer the pot from Step 2 over medium heat. It's done when everything is cooked through.
