Cut the kabocha squash into large pieces, place in a microwave proof dish and microwave. Refer to Recipe ID: 2221004.
Slice the onions thinly and rub with salt. Soak in water, and squeeze out the water.
Mash the cooked kabocha squash with a fork, and combine the onion, canned tuna. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

※ You can use frozen kabocha squash. ※ Adding a little bit of yogurt is also delicious. ※ If using sweet new harvest onions, you don't need to rub the slices with salt. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to taste.
