Mozuku Seaweed and Imitation Crab Sticks in Vinegar

This recipe only takes 3 minutes to finish with sushi vinegar.

Ingredients: 4 - 5 servings

Raw mozuku seaweed
50 - 80 g
Imitation crab sticks
1 pack
White sesame seeds
as needed
Sushi vinegar
3-4 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons


1. Rinse the raw mozuku seaweed and chop. Slice the cucumber and rub with a little salt.
2. Transfer the cucumber into a bowl. Shred the imitation crab sticks into the bowl. Add the sushi vinegar and soy sauce, then toss everything together.
3. Dish it up and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
