Chilled Soup Pasta with Minestrone Soup

A cold pasta dish that makes use of some leftover soup.
It's so light and tasty.

Ingredients: 1 serving

80 g
Minestrone Soup Brimming with Veggies

Grated cheese
to taste
Herb salt
to taste


1. Chill the minestrone. Cook the pasta. When done, soak in cold water and drain. (Cook for an extra minute than the instructed time on the package.)
2. Dish up the drained spaghetti and pour the minestrone over it. Sprinkle some grated cheese. Add a dash of herb salt if you'd like.
