These thick button mushrooms are sautéed. Soak up the oil-based sauce with some crusty bread.

2 filets
Garlic (minced)
1 clove
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
White wine
3 tablespoons

a small amount
Finely chopped parsley
a small amount

2. Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and turn on the heat. Once fragrant, add the anchovies and use a wooden spoon to break them apart as they cook.
3. Add the mushrooms and coat with the oil. Add the white wine, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat.
4. Once the mushrooms have cooked, season with black pepper. Sprinkle in some parsley, give it a quick stir, and then it's done.
