Side Dish Spicy Cucumber Stir-fry

As the name suggests, this is a spicy dish made with cucumber, and seasoned with shichimi spice.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Cucumbers
2
Salt
to taste
Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
Shichimi spice
to taste
White toasted sesame seeds
as needed

Steps

1. Thinly slice the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, then squeeze out the moisture.
2. Pour the sesame oil into a frying pan and fry the cucumber. Add the shichimi spice and stir-fry quickly.
3. Put it on a plate and fan it too cool it down. Transfer to serving plates and top with white sesame seeds.
